Alexandre Goulet
Alexandre Goulet
Alexandre is a partner at Landair Property Advisors. His responsibilities are to manage the strategic direction of the firm. Prior to founding LPA in 2020, Alexandre spent 5 years as an associate at ARM Real Estate Group, a boutique Commercial Brokerage focusing on off-market investment sales in NYC. During that time, he sourced and closed approximately $100,000,000 in transactions, totaling over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft. in development rights. \
Alexandre was born in Quebec and moved to NYC at a young age. He graduated from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor’s in Business. He is an avid runner and tennis player. He works closely with the Michael J Fox Foundation to raise funds for Parkinson’s Research. He lives with his family in Nassau County.
Anand Melwani
Anand Melwani
Anand joined Landair Property Advisors as Partner in January 2024. At Landair, Anand specializes in Manhattan development site sales. Furthermore, he is responsible for training and mentoring of the firm's Associate group. Prior to joining Landair, Anand headed his own successfull brokerage for 13 years, ARM Real Estate Group.
Anand’s core relationship base includes many typically inaccessible or unapproachable owners of desirable real estate including owners of retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Anand has been involved in over half a billion dollars of transactions.
Anand has received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Real Estate Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC.

Christopher Daniels
Christopher Daniels
Christopher Daniels is a senior associate responsible for the western area of Queens, New York. He has been building his real estate career since 2013 and has assisted in hundreds of residential and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Landair Property Advisors, Christopher was part owner of one of the fastest growing real estate franchises in N.Y.C. Before his engagement in real estate, his background focused on marketing for large companies such as The Hillman Group and Coca-Cola.
Christopher also lives in the county he serves. He, his wife and newborn son reside in Briarwood Queens. As a result,he is committed to serving his borough through ethical, responsible and sustainable community development.
Dean Abouelhassan
Dean Abouelhassan
Dean joined Landair Property Advisors as Senior Associate in January 2024. Dean is integral to Landair's growing efforts in the Brooklyn Development Site sub-market. Prior to joining Landair, Dean was at ARM Real Estate Group for 2 years, focusing on Development Sites in the boroughs.
Dean received his Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University. At the Peter J. Tobin College of Business, Dean received a degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate Finance. Throughout his career, Dean has established a powerful network of investors, leaders, and like-minded individuals. Dean has spent his entire life in New York, obtaining intimate knowledge of the city’s real estate market and everything it has to offer. Client satisfaction is Dean’s top priority when it comes to any transaction. He is a firm believer in transparency, dedication, and efficiency.
