Associate

As Borough Associate, you will be responsible for generating all exclusives within the region that you are assigned. You will be responsible for coordinating and co-leading all meetings and conference calls with your borough director. Your day-to-day operations will include cold calling, cold emailing, client meetings and deal negotiations. Compensation is 100% commission based and there is no ceiling on potential earnings.

You will be provided all marketing templates, personalized operations manual and customer relationship management systems. As Borough Associate, you will be an instrumental member of your borough team and will work hand-in-hand with your other teammates in order to create an efficient development site marketplace. After your first 6 months, you will be entitled to a percentage of the borough commission pool.

You will report directly to your borough director. The position will begin with a (2) week training program where you will be taught all aspects of Real Estate Investment Sales, contract negotiations, real estate development terms, as well as Landair’s various operating systems, to be done in conjuncture with NY State Real Estate Coursework. Landair will cover all fees associated with your real estate license.

This is an in-person position. It is recommended that you dedicate 30-40 hours per week for your first 6-months. Ultimately, you make your own schedule.
